On this occasion, the Olympic pool and adjoining lawns will be closed and reserved for competition use only.
Admission to the pool will therefore be free for everyone on both days
(the rest of the pool is accessible)

He offers a varied menu with a blend of local produce, Italian sunshine and flavors from around the world.
Between tapas and classic dishes revisited with passion, such as perch fillets, sublimated by their secret sauce, come and enjoy the beautiful terrace and its breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.
Its interior space will also allow you to enjoy yourself if the weather is gloomy or a little cold.

- Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) govern all online sales of admission tickets, season passes, multi-entry passes, and related services offered for the Morges Park Swimming Pool via the official website, the mobile app, or any other online sales channel made available by the City of Morges.
By placing an order, the buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions supplement the official rules for using the Morges Park Swimming Pool. In the event of any conflict, the official rules shall prevail with respect to all matters related to the operation, safety, and conduct of users within the swimming pool premises.

- Products and Services Offered
Products and services available for purchase online include, among others:
- adult, child, and reduced-rate day passes;
- reloading multi-entry cards;
- additional services or activities.
Product descriptions, images, and information are provided for informational purposes only.
The Operator reserves the right to modify the services offered, schedules, rates, and terms of access at any time.
- Terms of Access
Access to the Parc Pool is subject to compliance with the following:
- of these Terms and Conditions;
- the official pool rules;
- staff instructions;
- health and safety rules.
Anyone entering the pool acknowledges that they have read and understood the current official rules.
The Operator may deny access to or exclude any person who fails to comply with the applicable rules.
- Data Protection
The Operator undertakes to handle the personal data of purchasers of a product or service with the utmost care and to comply with data protection regulations.
To purchase a product or service offered, users must create a customer account with La Piscine du Parc.This account requires the provision of personal information such as last name, first name, address, email address, phone number, or date of birth. This information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.In the event of any changes, users agree to update their personal data as soon as possible. Users have the rights provided by applicable data protection laws, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.
The provision of this data is voluntary when creating an account or using online services. The Operator implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse. Personal data is treated confidentially and is only shared with third parties to the extent necessary for the operation of the services offered or when required by law. Despite the security measures in place, no computer system can guarantee absolute security. Users therefore acknowledge the risks inherent in the use of online services
- Order online
The order is placed using the process available on the online store.
Before finalizing the order, the customer can review the order details and correct any errors.
The sale is deemed to have been concluded as soon as:
- payment confirmation;
The Operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event that:
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- misuse of the reservation system;
- incorrect information.
- Price
Prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF).
Unless otherwise noted, prices include applicable taxes.
The price charged is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
The Operator reserves the right to change rates at any time.
- Payment
Payments must be made exclusively using the methods offered on the online sales platform, including:
- VISA, Mastercard, VISA Debit, Mastercard Debit, and TWINT cards;
- other methods specified at the time of ordering.
Transactions are secured by the designated payment processor.
The payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.
If payment is declined, the order is automatically canceled.
- Delivery of Products and Services
Once payment has been confirmed, the products and services ordered will be delivered electronically.
In particular, the customer receives:
- an e-ticket, a QR code, an order confirmation, or digital access via their customer account.
The customer is responsible for:
- verifying the information received, keeping their tickets safe, and protecting them against fraudulent use.
Any reproduction, resale, counterfeiting, or fraudulent use of a product or service offered is prohibited.
- Validity of the products and services offered
Unless otherwise specified:
- A one-day pass is valid only on the selected date;
- Unused tickets are neither refundable nor extendable.
Access may be temporarily suspended during peak times or when the maximum capacity has been reached.
- Discounted rates
Individuals eligible for a reduced rate must be able to present valid proof of eligibility upon request.
In the absence of valid proof, the Operator reserves the right to deny access or to require payment of the difference between the discounted rate and the regular rate.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets and services purchased online cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Access Control and Fraud
All visitors must be able to present a valid admission ticket during checks conducted by the Operator’s staff.
Any fraud, unauthorized use, forgery, or misuse of a product or service offered may result in, among other things:
- immediate denial or revocation of access, expulsion from the facility, cancellation of the relevant access pass, billing for any resulting costs, filing of a complaint, or any other action provided for by applicable law.
Access by water, swimming, or any other unauthorized means is prohibited.
- Liability
Users are responsible for their own safety when using the facilities and equipment and are required to follow safety guidelines and comply with the rules in effect.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator disclaims all liability, including but not limited to the following cases:
- loss, theft, exchange, or damage to personal belongings; accidents resulting from failure to comply with regulations or safety instructions; or improper or unauthorized use of the facilities.
The mandatory provisions of Swiss law regarding liability remain reserved.
- Weather Conditions and Force Majeure
The Operator may restrict, suspend, or temporarily close all or part of the facilities, particularly in the event that:
- storms, lightning, high winds, or other severe weather;
- due to technical issues, malfunctions, or the need for maintenance;
- decision-making by the authorities;
- force majeure or any other event beyond its control.
These situations do not entitle you to any discount, compensation, or refund.
